Training Centre
Nautical Training - Derby is an RYA training centre that is part of the Nautical Training ltd group. The Derby centre specialises in running the RYA Inland Waterways courses on a narrowboat.
Our narrowboat is a 47ft Heron built Narrowboat with an Izuzu marine engine, she is a very capable and reliable training craft. She is fully equipped as an RYA training centre to give you the best course experience.
Mercia Marina is Europe's biggest inland marina which boasts a vast range of facilities and makes a great training ground for the marina skills part of the courses. It is based on the Trent and Mersey canal with locks and winding holes in easy reach. Book your course with us today.
